Package Your Jewelry
Securely place the items in their original Alesyajewelery gift box and protective mailer to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service of your choice to send the package back to our fulfillment center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
